Save a GTA V game

Hello,
As stated in the title, I want to save my GTA V game. Yes, I know there’s an auto-save feature and that I can do it manually, but when the auto-save starts, it says that it's impossible to save my game. I started playing yesterday, I managed to save everything, but today before turning off the console, I saved it, and now when I turn my Xbox One back on, the game starts all over again from the beginning and I can't load my previously saved game. Fortunately, I just started.... If anyone can help me, please, thank you.

    Look in the options, there should be a line to save and exit.

      I've already tried, it doesn't work, it says impossible, I have to restart my console every time, it's annoying.
