Hello,
I switched to CC 2014, as PS 7 does not work with W10. I can't figure out how to create an arrow with this version of the software. I haven't found anything, just topics about other versions.

Hello Lt-E-Ripley,
You have several options available to you. For example, you can download a brush in the shape of an arrow. Otherwise, you have a custom shape tool at the same level as the rectangle, ellipse, polygon, and line tools. You can access it by right-clicking on one of these tools (I'm not sure which one is active in your case), which will open a dropdown menu. Once the tool is open, you can access in the top bar the shape option that already includes arrow shapes.
