Téléchargez MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur votre bureau:
< http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip >

Décompressez-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécutez l'option R.
Taper R puis [Enter]

-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage

Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

Fais ceci SVP

A)- •Télécharge PCA (d'Evosla)

•Décompresse-le sur ton " Bureau " au moyen d'un clic-droit (Extraire ici...),
Double-clic sur l'icône "pca.exe" ( en forme de grenade qui est sur le bureau )

1°- •Clique sur l'onglet "diagnostic du PC" puis "analyser".
•Laisse l'analyse se dérouler. Cela ne prend que quelques secondes.
•Clique sur "enregistrer le rapport" en bas à droite et sauvegarde-le sur le bureau.
•Le rapport va être positionné sur ton bureau "PCA_LOG.txt"
• Poste-le et supprime-le de ton bureau.

2°- Ensuite relance "pca.exe" ( qui est sur ton bureau )
- •Clique sur l'onglet " Analyse antivirus " ---> lance l'analyse "scanner"
- Enregistre le rapport ( en bas à droite ) sur le bureau
Clic sur [Nettoyer]
Poste le rapport mis sur ton bureau " PCA_SCAN-LOG.txt " »

B)- 1)- •Télécharge « clean.zip »

•- Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier dénommé "clean ".

2)- •Redémarre en mode sans échec.

3)- ••- Ouvre le dossier « clean » qui se trouve sur ton bureau.
- Double-clic sur « clean.cmd ».
Une fenêtre noire va apparaître, suis les consignes

Choisis l’option 2.
Clean va travailler. Il va produire un rapport. Poste-le sur le forum SVP.
4)- Il se trouve ici : Clic sur « Poste de travail » , double-clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » en faire un copier/coller.

C)- Télécharge et installe AVG Anti-Spyware - ici: < http://www.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-results/lng/fr/tpl/tpl01?prd=triasw >

Si tu as besoin d'aide AVG-antispyware regarde ces tutoriels:

Tu enregistres le fichier dans Bureau.
A la fin du téléchargement, tu vois l’icône « avgas-setup… » sur le bureau.

Ensuite tu te déconnectes du Net, et tu fermes les sessions en cours.

Tu ouvres le fichier en faisant double-clic l’icône "avgas-setup-7.5.0.47.exe" ( autres chiffres si c'es tune version plus récente ).
Une page s’ouvre ; tu clic sur « Exécuter » Tu suis les instructions.
Tu notes au passage que l’installation va se faire en :
C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5
Tu peux choisir le raccourci dans le menu « Démarrage »

Si on te demande de redémarrer ton ordinateur, tu le fais.

Pour lancer AVG anti spyware tu doubles click sur l'icone qui s'est créé sur le bureau.

La première fois que tu l'utilises, tu configures le logiciel.

Sur la page "état", tu choisis inactif pour le bouclier résident ( clic sur « Modifier l’état » ).
Sur la page "mise à jour", tu coches les cases au § « mise à jour automatique »
et tu fais une mise à jour manuelle (clic sur « Commencer la mise à jour »).
Tu redémarres l'ordinateur si nécessaire.

- Sur la page "Analyse", tu choisis d'abord l'onglet "Paramètres" > « Comment réagir »
- clic sur « Action recommandées » et dans le menu déroulant, choisir « Supprimer »

Tu coches à droite "générer un rapport après chaque analyse" et "uniquement en cas de menaces".
Tu choisis ensuite l'onglet analyser, analyse complète du système.

A la fin de l'analyse, tu cliques sur "Action", "Appliquer toutes les actions" puis "enregistrer le rapport" puis "enregistrer le rapport sous".
Tu suis les instructions dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre.

Ensuite, tu ouvres le rapport avec le bloc-notes pour le copier/coller avec ta réponse.
- PS Pour les autres fois, pour lancer AVG, tu double-clic sur la deuxième icône bureau créée.

Je constate que Avast ne te sert pas à grand chose ! Remplacer Avast par ANTIVIR :

Pour mettre à jour Java, vas chez Java Sun < https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp > et télécharge la dernière Version 6 Update 2.
Après installation et redémarrage, vas dans le panneau de configuration/Ajouter-Supprimer des programmes afin de désinstaller l'ancienne version,
(et reste aussi à ôter dans "program files" dans Java le vieux dossier qui n'est pas ôter lors de la désinstallation )
ceci pour récupérer de l'espace disque et éventuellement pour virer les failles présentes dans cette ancienne version.
Retourne alors chez Java ci-dessus et clique sur le bouton "Vérifier l'installation" pour t'assurer que tout est en ordre.

Pour ne plus obliger les outils à nettoyer ton PC, tu dois faire ceci régulièrement :

Nettoyage des fichiers inutiles
Dans la barre de menus ( au-dessus ), clic sur "Outils" > "Options Internet" > puis au § "Fichiers Internet temporaires", cliquer sur le bouton radio [supprimer le cookies...]; fais la même chose avec [supprimer les fichiers... ]: < http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/416/screenshot273cl3.gif >.

Internet Explorer:
- Ouvrez "Options Internet..." depuis le menu "Outils".
- Choisissez l'onglet "Confidentialité" et positionnez les réglages au moins sur Moyen.
- Utilisez le bouton "Avancé..." pour activer "Ignorer la gestion automatique des cookies" et "Refuser" les "Cookies tierce partie".

Mon ami Philo2100 pourra te conseiller si tu hésites.

Tu devras d'abord faire "Démarrer" > clic-droit sur "Poste de Travail" > clic sur "Gérer" dans le petit menu affiché > Clic ensuite sur "Gestionnaire de périphériques" > clic droit sur "codecs audio" > (mettre à jour) .

Je t'avoue que je n'ai pas antivir sur ma machine, mais si le off existe, il doit exister un on quelquepart...à moins que, la version gratuite n'a pas cette option, ce qui est parfaitement possible !
Pas grave de toutes façon il y a d'autres scan pour les rootkits !

A)- Je dois reconnaître que je n'ai pas trouvé cette fonction "Search for rootkits" dans les tutos < http://www.malekal.com/tutorial_antivir.html > . Ce qui n'exclut pas que cela existe dans ton logiciel installé .
Je ne sais rien ajouter puisque mon PC est protégé par Kis6.

Cependant , deux choses :
1)- As-tu coché la case pour "choisir le mode expert" ?
2)- As-tu coché la case pour "remove" = supprimer les éléments infectés trouvés ?
==> il faudrait le faire .

B)- Si tu as des difficultés, il faudra pourtant supprimer ces éléments infectés:

Télécharge SDFix sur ton bureau

Ne fonctionne qu'en mode sans échec!
- Redémarre en mode sans échec.
Tutos: Comment faire pour... à la lettre C

( note bien ce que tu as à faire, parce que tu n'auras plus accès à IE durant cette procédure ).
•- (Double clique sur l'icône SDFix.exe > [Exécuter] > [Install] > Ouvre le dossier « SDFix », qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ > (créer un raccourci sur le bureau)
Clic droit sur l'icône SDFix.exe > "extraire ici" > ouvrir le dossier "SDFix" apparu sur le bureau > double-clic sur "RunThis.bat" de SDFix
Tape Y pour lancer le script.
Le Fix supprime les services du virus et nettoie le registre, de ce fait un redémarrage est nécessaire
Presse une touche pour redémarrer en mode normal
Le PC va mettre du temps avant de démarrer, presse une touche lorsque "Finished" s'affiche
- Ouvre le "dossier SDFix" et copie/colle ici le contenu du fichier "Report.txt"

D)- Et faire analyser ce fichier en gras C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\sptd.sys chez VirusTotal.
