Transparent background in Indesign

Hello,

I was asked to create a document without images, but only with text, in .png format with a transparent background in InDesign.
Could you please guide me on how to achieve the transparent background?

    Check that your text block does not have an opaque background.
    When exporting to PNG, tick the "transparent background" option.
