Xbox 360 controller mutes the sound

Hello,
I connected my 360 controller via USB to my PC, it works but the problem is that it disables my PC's sound as soon as I plug it in. I looked in my devices, it automatically activates a so-called 360 headset microphone. I tried to disable it but nothing works. Any ideas?

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 43.0

    Hi,
I believe the port at the bottom of your controller is for connecting a headset for Xbox. Is there anything plugged into the port of your controller?

No, nothing at all, I just bought the controller, it's the first time I'm using it, it's the right Windows version with the USB 2.0 port.

I have the official 360 controller and have never had this problem.
I can advise you to take a look at the speaker icon at the bottom right of the taskbar next to the time, then right-click and go to playback devices and see what you find there. Select your sound card as default and also in recording.
