Good evening, I would need your help because I have no sound on my HP ProBook 4540s. I have been using Windows 10 for a short time, and I have an IDT high definition audio codec device, I think that is the device. I'm not very knowledgeable about this...
I tried to update it via the internet and a message said that it is not working properly...

Hello,
check if your drivers are up to date here:

installation of the agent
automatic installation
then go to your downloads folder (or another path that you have defined)
now launch DriversCloud.com, start the selection, then click on detect
an internet page will open
click on the my drivers tab
you will then see the list of drivers that need to be updated.
then download your drivers.
if you need help
once the agent detection is done (detect)
an internet page will open
click on the my drivers tab
the drivers to be updated will be displayed
you can click either on the line or on the small arrow on your right
then save the file
close your browser
and install the driver

make sure there is an audio driver
