Philips DCM380 tower stuck in demo mode

Hello, my Philips DCM580 is stuck in demo mode, I can't play a disc, listen to the radio, or play music from my iPod. I've tried unplugging it for half an hour as a website suggested, but nothing works; I can't even turn it off with the button. What should I do to disable demo mode?
