Bonjour,
Depuis quelques jours, mon PC plante après avoir affiché le message suivant (ceci quand je navigue sur Google chrome):
chrome.exe - Application Error
The instruction at 0x0000000073958A2C referenced memory at 0x0000000073958A2C. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc00000c0.
Cliquez sur OK pour terminer le programme.
Ensuite mon pc s'éteint et une page bleue apparaît.
Après avoir vu "chrome.exe", j'ai désinstallé Google chrome et j'ai lancé une analyse malwaresbyte. J'ai également changé d'antivirus (Avast au lieu de MS Essentiel).
J'étais sur internet explorer quand il s'est produit la même chose, j'ai eu le même message, avec un seul changement. Il était écrit "iexplorer.exe" au lieu de "chrome.exe".
Et cette fois, il était écrit autre chose sur la page bleue :
Je m'excuse car je n'y connais pas grand chose. Je ne sais même pas si ce problème peut être dû à un virus ou une mauvaise mise à jour...

J'ai changé de disque dur en octobre, il est tout neuf. J'ai d'ailleurs amené mon pc chez l'informaticien qui me l'a changé, au cas où ça pouvait être dû à ce changement.
Il a analysé mon disque dur et n'a détecté aucun problème. Mais bon ce crash date du 5 décembre, je ne m'en souviens même pas. Ceux que je décris sont dû aux modules ntoskrnl.exe et ntkrnlmp.exe.
J'ai souvent mon pc sur ma couette, donc il est possible qu'il surchauffe effectivement. Je vais faire plus attention à ça. Merci

Je relance mon sujet car mon pc a encore crashé. Et je ne crois pas que ça puisse être un problème de surchauffe étant donné que je venais à peine de l'allumer.
