Uninstall Google Drive?

Question

Hello,
I just realized that I was logged into Google Drive when I never requested it.
Google's help mentions that you need to click on the Google Drive icon in the status bar and follow the instructions; however, I don't have the G.Drive icon!!
How can I completely uninstall it and delete everything stored in it (including photos that belong to me and that I never saved there by the way)

Alright. Drive won't uninstall. So, how can I make sure nothing gets saved in it?

Disable synchronization between your computer and Google Drive

You can disable synchronization of Google Drive with your devices. This is especially useful in case of theft. Here is the procedure to follow:

Sign in with the Google account you use for Google Drive.
Go to the Authorized access page for your Google account.
In the “Connected sites, applications, and services” section, click the Remove access button next to “Google Drive”.

From the moment you click the “Remove access” button, Google Drive will no longer be synchronized with any of your devices. To reactivate synchronization on one of them, simply sign in to Google Drive from that device.

Ok, got it, but I have no idea which Google Drive account it was installed from!
If I delete Google Chrome, will it also delete Google Drive?
I'm completely lost on this question and your kind response

I can't solve this problem as a result.
Can you be more specific and tell me where to find this tab (I've wandered around "My Drive" everywhere and I can't find any trace of it?

and log in with a Gmail account or another one you surely have

then retrieve whatever you want
Google Drive cannot be uninstalled
for that, you need to close your account
