Hello everyone
I have a Lenovo G580 running Windows 8, and I recently started having a startup issue. Let me explain: the computer powers on normally displaying the "Lenovo" logo, then just below the logo, I get a message saying "Preparing Automatic Repair" with a loading screen, followed by another message "Diagnosing your PC" with a continuous loading screen, but it just loops and loads indefinitely without any results.. I have tried several solutions found online with difficulty; many people have encountered this problem, but there aren't really any solutions. So I don't know what to do, I feel stuck..
If someone could help me find a solution, that would be great, as I have everything on my PC and I feel a bit lost without it! Haha
Thank you in advance to everyone who responds to my problem!
