Hello everyone

I have a Lenovo G580 running Windows 8, and I recently started having a startup issue. Let me explain: the computer powers on normally displaying the "Lenovo" logo, then just below the logo, I get a message saying "Preparing Automatic Repair" with a loading screen, followed by another message "Diagnosing your PC" with a continuous loading screen, but it just loops and loads indefinitely without any results.. I have tried several solutions found online with difficulty; many people have encountered this problem, but there aren't really any solutions. So I don't know what to do, I feel stuck..

If someone could help me find a solution, that would be great, as I have everything on my PC and I feel a bit lost without it! Haha

Thank you in advance to everyone who responds to my problem!

Press Ctrl + ALT + Del
From there, hold down the SHIFT key until the end of the procedure. (SHIFT is the upward arrow key, located at the bottom left of the keyboard)
    - Click on the power button at the bottom right of the screen, then click on "Restart"
You are now on a blue page
    Release the SHIFT key
    Click on "Choose an option"
    Troubleshoot

    Settings
Restart (at the bottom of the window)
    Choose F4 (Safe Mode)
    Let Windows load
Once on the desktop, the icons will be larger
    Restart

Thank you for your reply! But are you sure your manipulation happens at startup? Because for me, it's impossible to do it; my screen is stuck at the boot of the computer, so I can't perform CTRL + ALT + DEL.
