[Steam] the buy button is missing for SMB

Hello,

I would like to buy Super Meat Boy (a game I highly recommend!)
On the internet, Steam shows it for 3 dollars, but there is no "buy" button available for this game...
My friends also tried, and they don't have the buy button for this game either...

Do you know what to do?
