Microphone disabled on a Gigaset landline phone.

Hello,
I couldn't find the section regarding landline phones, and since the issue concerns the sound of my phone, I'm asking my question here.
I handled my Gigaset handset off its base for some settings, and I accidentally disabled the microphone. I can't find the process to revert to the previous setting.
I went through resetting both the base and the handset without success.
The screen indicates the information 'i' and the message: Microphone disabled.
No one can talk to me, but I can hear when I answer calls.
Can you help me?
