to know that on the router there are several computers connected by wired or wireless and everything works correctly

Hello,
In the command line (Start Menu/Run/cmd) and in the black screen type:
netsh winsock reset
close the window and test your internet connection

I read the question, I search for the answer, I understand the phenomenon, I test then I answer. Do you think I helped you just now? But it is you who helped me know. Thank you to you-

Hi,
This problem may be caused by an Internet Explorer update; in the Control Panel / Programs, check the recently installed updates and uninstall the one that corresponds to the date of the malfunction, otherwise try performing a system restore to an earlier date (the date when everything was working).
See you later -

Hello,
Check Internet Explorer options, "Use a proxy server" must be unchecked.
To do this go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings > Uncheck "Use a proxy server...".
If you use another web browser, indicate which one.
Best regards.
