Hello,
I have a Samsung TV 48JU 6400. While using Netflix (free month), I am facing the following issue: sometimes, the loading of Netflix gets stuck; it seems like it's the memory of my TV that is saturated; I unplug it for a few minutes and the problem is solved; are there less drastic ways? Is it good to delete the apps that appear when I click on SmartHub?

Hello,
As far as I know, there is no other way to empty it, since in theory it empties itself or during a reboot.
However, I don't think the number of applications on the hub can have an impact on the problem.
