problèmes avec certaines touches du clavier Fermé

Bonjour, 

Le clavier de mon HP ProBook 4740s me pose problème.

Les touches "g" "h" "b" "n" "4" et "7" se comportent bizarrement...

quand je tape sur "g" "bg" apparaît
quand je tape sur "b" "bg" apparaît
quand je tape sur "h" "nh" apparaît
quand je tape sur "n" "nh" apparaît
quand je tape sur "4" (pavé numérique) "74" apparaît
et sur "7" "74" apparaît

Il y a aussi un "bip" sonore associé à la touche "effacer".

J'ai fait tourner le scan de Microsoft Security Essential, fait tourner Malwebytes (supprimé à l'occasion un certain Adware.Boxore), puis Adwcleaner à priori c'est propre.
J'ai fait également une restauration système, une désinstallation du clavier mais le problème persiste.
Bizarrement ça a refonctionné d'un coup quelques heures hier soir, mais aujourd'hui c'est reparti... 

Là je n'ai plus d'idée, donc je demande de l'aide ^^

Bonjour,
je reviens vers la communauté dans l'espoir d'obtenir de l'aide, car mon problème persiste, va finir par me rendre dingue et je n'y comprends rien.
J'ai installé avast que je fais tourner régulièrement ainsi que malewarebytes, et s'ils me trouvent régulièrement des "bricoles" potentiellement indésirables que je supprime, mon problème persiste.
Le clavier visuel fonctionne ainsi qu'un clavier externe branché via USB.
De temps en temps, tout rentre dans l'ordre l'espace de quelques minutes, puis ça rebug de plus belle.
Est-il possible qu'il s'agisse d'un problème matériel ?
