Good evening,

My problem is as follows; it concerns the Frozen Free Fall app on the tablet in the Windows Store.
Indeed; I have had this app for a while now but it has some recurring bugs: when it works well, it launches without any issues, but sometimes, and I don't know why, it doesn't launch and I return to my tablet's home screen. These bugs are becoming more frequent and I see no apparent reasons. Thank you for advising me on what to do!

    Good evening,

    Your tablet may have limited memory! The storage space may be filling up soon, which is causing the latency or launch issues you're experiencing!

    The bugs in question could also come from the app itself! Try uninstalling and then reinstalling it; it won't cost you anything since it's a free app :)

    Or you have the option to put your tablet down and find another way to entertain yourself away from screens!

    Of course, I'm just joking ;) You're in control of your actions ;)

      I would prefer not to uninstall the app for fear of losing my progress...
      Do you have a solution to suggest?
      The screens don't happen often but when they do, it's best that it works :P!

      Well, as previously mentioned, either you are looking to increase the memory of your tablet by deleting unnecessary photos/videos/applications/music, etc., or you uninstall and reinstall knowing that it may or may not work :)

      I can imagine, I was saying that to spice up the topic lol
