So here it is, I ordered for the first time on Aliexpress, I made a mistake with my shipping details, there is only my city and the postal code, I updated my details on my profile but the package has already been shipped, what should I do?

if it's already out for delivery, you'll have to wait for it to be sent back to the sender, which may take some time.
Finally, you can always contact the seller to explain the issue; with some luck, they might send a second parcel without waiting for the first one, but don't get your hopes up, it's quite rare.

I ordered two items returned due to the wrong items sent by Colissimo, for which I provided the tracking numbers. It's impossible for me to get a refund because both sellers agree but do nothing. As for customer service, I can't access it to reopen a dispute because it's closed between ongoing shipments. How can I get it refunded quickly?

In your situation, it seems dead; on AliExpress, the only possible solution is when the buyer protection is still active. You shouldn't hesitate to open a dispute a few days before it ends, as this extends the protection and ensures you are covered; once it's closed, it's no longer their concern, and since they're in China, there's no recourse.
