Hello, my landline phone, which is a GIGASET C355 (3 handsets), is flashing. I have tried the troubleshooting steps I found on the forum but to no avail. Can you help me, please? Thank you!!

    Hello
Could you please clarify what is flashing? The screen, an icon, a message, a key (on the handset/base)?

Hello, the Base 1 screen is flashing, that's all; the wires are properly connected, I haven't done anything for this to happen, what should I do?

The handset in question has lost contact with the base
either the handset is too far from the base and it needs to be brought closer
        or it has been unregistered
Therefore, it needs to be re-registered
see the "Manual Registration" procedure on page 37 of the manual (40 of the pdf below)

Thank you, I have tried several times to re-register the combinations, but the database is not responding, maybe it's down. Do you think I should change it?

        Is the base well powered???
        Before retrying an association/re-registration
        Try
        • removing the batteries from the handset and putting them back
        • disconnecting the power supply from the base for about ten seconds and then reconnecting it...
