Comment mettre mon PC a l'état d'usine?

Bonjour, Voici toute les applications on été supprimées lors de la restauration des performances de mon PC. Est que si je mes mon ordinateur a l'état d'usine je pourrais en récupérer certaine? comme toute celle de Toshiba, Intel, Alcor et Microsoft... Je possède un Toshiba satellite C50-A-1G2, j'ai windows 10 et je n'ais pas de CD de restauration. Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Il sera dans les mêmes conditions que le premier jour de son utilisation.
Il faudra faire les mises à jour Windows et autres et réinstaller manuellement tous les logiciels installés par la suite.

Dans toutes application que j'ai mis les quelles vont être présente ?
Toute les applications que vous pouvez voir était déjà installer lorsque je utiliser mon PC pour la première fois

Elle seront toutes là sauf Flash Player et Spotify qu'il suffit simplement de télécharger...
Quant à Microsoft Office, tout dépend de la licence acquise.

la touche F8 ne fonctionne pas sur mon PC pour les restaurer s'il vous plait quelqu'un peut m'aider a remettre mon PC a son état d'origine.

Bonjour.

Perso je récupérerais mes clés d'activation au cas ou . . . Microsoft office disparaîtrait à la restauration initiale. A l'aide d'un DVD iso vous pourrez toujours le réinstaller.

Plusieurs petits logiciels tels produckey ou belarc advisor font cela. Vous imprimez la page que vous garderez précieusement vers vous.

Ce PC était en Windows 8.1 à l'origine. Si après l'installation de windows 10 le délai de carence des 28 jours est dépassé, il vous faudra un ISO de réinstallation.
Si la date n'est pas dépassée ( on l'espère ) voyez par ces 2 topics pour revenir à votre Windows initial.

Donc à l'origine avec windows 8.1 64 bits. Et vous dîtes " j'ai windows 10 " Autrement dit vous avez installez vous même ce Windows 10 via la notification, ou alors je ne comprend plus.
D'ou ma suggestion de revenir à Windows 8.1 sans faire de restauration à l'état d'usine. Mais à la condition cela fait moins d'un mois que vous ayez installé Windows 10 et que secondo vous n'ayez pas supprimé le dossier windows old dans les programmes.
