Intercom connection

Hello everyone,

I have just acquired an apartment and unfortunately I found that my intercom only allows me to unlock the main door of the building.
Upon disassembling it, I noticed that all the wires were not connected (except for the door unlock, of course).
I now need your help to connect the remaining functions.

    The intercom is (unless I'm mistaken) the responsibility of the property management: avoid getting involved, you might damage the main unit... and be held accountable.
    Have you asked the property manager?

      not yet, the phone being placed in my apartment, I assumed it was my responsibility to get it repaired.
      I will therefore ask the question tomorrow.
