Cracked screen and green spot

Hello,
I have a white Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite that I have slightly cracked. Over time, a green spot appeared on the side and then spread over the entire phone; the spot has covered everything except for a few small parts that I think will soon disappear under the large spot, which is turning black.
I know I need to replace the glass. But I'm not sure if the stain is between the glass and the LCD screen or if the screen itself is damaged.
The touch function works very well. It's just that the phone is unreadable because of this spot. Before buying anything, I want to know whether it's the screen or just the glass that needs to be replaced.

THANK YOU

    Good evening,
It's the LCD that's broken, it needs to be replaced.

I don't know any more than you do, but I'm looking.

The touch function works very well, that's the problem.

The touch interface is on the outside, on the screen's protective glass.
These are two distinct electronic systems, the destruction of one not implying the destruction of the other.

The LCD screen is underneath the touchscreen protective glass; changing it myself would cost me only 20€, while replacing the whole chassis and the LCD screen would cost me 180€. There's just this stain that’s annoying, and I don’t know where it comes from — whether it’s just moisture that got into the crack or I don't know what.
