Ordinateur virusé...msn piraté...

Et voila toujour le mm virus efface ton doscier "mes fichier reçus" et voilà C fait pu de virus parcontre tu pt fair un sauvegarde de T fichiers ki son dedans va voir "photos.zip" dans le forum je pence que c'est le mm virus ^^'!

J'ai effectivement pris la peine de consulter le topic "photos.zip".....après avoir télécharger le dossier MSN.Fix....ns avons executer l'option R pour detecter l'infection.....mais : PAS d'infection detectée alors que nous savons pertinement que ns avons été infecté...Rrrrr !!!!

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

Bonjour Mok's et tout d'abord un grand merci pour ton aide....
Alors...plusieurs choses :
- Ns avons suivis de A à Z ton message...
Concernant l'analyse du dossier : C:\Program Files\Multi_Media\tbMul0.dll avec www.virustotal.com, j'ai reussit à comprendre qu'il s'agissait en fait d'une horrible barre des taches qui donne la meteo la temperature et des trucs comme ca....et cette barre s'appellait : Multimedia qq chose...Je l'ai supprimer via ajout/suppression de programes dans panneau de configuration et effectivement elle a disparu de ma page IE...
En revanche nous n'arrivons plus a nous connecter via Mozilla...et donc avons utilisé IE pour suivre ton message...

passe ce fix :

Téléchargez MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur votre bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip

Décompressez-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécutez l'option R.
-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage

Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

On avait déjà passé un coup de MSN.Fix et aucune erreur n'avait été detectée....
Cependant on a suivis ta demarche et à nouveau : aucune erreur detectée....
j'ai pris soin de copié tt de même le résultat du rapport que voici :

smitfraud n´a rien trouvé

peux tu faire ceci :

* Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/Beta/ComboFix.exe

* Double clique combofix.exe.
* Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
* Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

peux tu faire ceci :

•Télécharge PCA (d'Evosla) < http://ww25.evosla.com/pca_cpt.php?agr=pca_securite > ,
•Décompresse-le sur ton " Bureau " au moyen d'un clic-droit (Extraire ici...),
Double-clic sur l'icône "pca.exe" ( en forme de grenade qui est sur le bureau ) pour le lancer.

1°- •Clique sur l'onglet "diagnostic du PC" puis "analyser".
•Laisse l'analyse se dérouler. Cela ne prend que quelques secondes.
•Clique sur "enregistrer le rapport" en bas à droite et sauvegarde-le sur le bureau.
•Le rapport va être positionné sur ton bureau "PCA_LOG.txt"
• Poste-le et supprime-le de ton bureau.

2°- Ensuite relance "pca.exe" ( qui est sur ton bureau )
- •Clique sur l'onglet " Analyse antivirus " ---> lance l'analyse "scanner"
- Enregistre le rapport ( en bas à droite ) sur le bureau
Clic sur [Nettoyer]
Poste le rapport mis sur ton bureau " PCA_SCAN-LOG.txt " »

en revanche le 1er rapport je l'ai enrregistré sur un dossier sur le bureau..je l'ai tout de même supprimé par la suite comme tu nous as dis de faire....
ET pour le second rapport....impossible de cliquer sur "Nettoyer"......bizare non ?

Enfin et pour finir CleanUp nous as trouvé plus de 6800 "Files Deleted"....pour les supprimer nous avons du redemarrer l'ordi....je crois que c'est la démarche normale non !?

Au fait Mok's@ pour répondre à ta question :
c´est quoi ceci dans tes programmes files?

C:\Program Files\c.zip
C:\Program Files\b.zip
C:\Program Files\a.zip

On en sais strictement rien mais je crois que ca devait faire partis du fichier.zip envoyé par le virus via msn.....je les ai supprimer en les selectionant puis shift suppr...

En revanche on a remarqué que depuis qq jours que notre etunes bug pas mal les chansons sont sacadées voir ralentit est c'est atroce...impossible d'ecouter de la musique comme ca...
Mozilla ne veut toujours pas fonctioner.....et de temps en temps l'ordi se coupe tout seul comme je te l'ai dis hier....

On reste dans l'attente de tes conseils....et une fois de plus MERCI à toi..

oui un virus a eté trouvé

a parament cela concernait msn...

Télécharge ceci:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/Green_day/Lopxp.exe

Lance Lopxp.bat.
Au menu, choisis l'option 1 "Rechercher / Générer un rapport"
Patiente et lorsque l'on te demande d'appuyer sur une touche, appuie.
Ensuite, le rapport s'ouvre, copie colle le en entier sur le forum.
