How to receive TNT without a Numericable subscription

Hello,
I just moved in and I realized that to receive TNT, I need an adapter on the Numéricable box.
So I'm going to a store to buy a screw adapter to put on the Numéricable box (I don't have a subscription) and connect it to the TV!!!
But it doesn't work, it says: no signal.....
I asked a neighbor in the building, and he receives TNT without anything extra...
Can you please help me??? :(
Thank you very much.

Good evening,
the TNT network is accessible via an adapter for your television through the coaxial socket (antenna).
Numéricable has nothing to do with this and you will not receive any signal by connecting to it.
If it's a box from the previous tenant, you can remove it or return it to Numéricable, but like all telecommunications operators (and even more so, since their network is older than the Internet), they have their private network that you need to pay for to access.
For the TNT network, simply use your socket connected to the antenna of your building.

Thank you for your response, but the coaxial connector did not fit my cable (mother and daughter connector), so I bought a screw adapter. However, when I plug it in, it still shows no signal....
I don’t understand :(
