Bonsoir, j'ai un problème, mon ordinateur est (je le pense affecteparr un cheval de Troie que j'avais pourtant déjà supprimé (selon Windows defender ) mais maintenant sans que je ne demande rien wondows defender sest desactivé et je ne sais pas comment faire pour le re-activer.

Salut,

Suis le tutoriel FRST https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-farbar-recovery-scan-tool-frst/
Cela va générer trois rapports FRST :
  • FRST.txt
  • Shortcut.txt
  • Additionnal.txt


Envoie comme expliqué, ces trois rapports sur le site pjjoint et donne les trois liens pjjoint de ces rapports afin qu'ils puissent être consultés.

Ou tapes Windows Defender dans la partie recherche sur Windows à Droite et active le c'est super simple.

impossible de l'activer regarde la photo jointe, je ne peux même pas ouvrir windows defender

En Effet j'avais pas eu la photo. Dans un premier temps télécharge par exemple un antivirus gratuit n'importe lequel de manière 1 à être protégé déjà et deux cela pourrait résoudre ton problème. Bitdefender par exemple en essai sur 1 mois. Ensuite redémarre ton PC effectue un scanne et supprime celui-ci. Redémarrage et il y a des chances que Defender prenne ces fonctions. Cela coûte rien et ton PC et en sécurité

Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST.

Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R, dans le champs executer, tape notepad et OK.
Copie/colle dedans ce qui suit :

Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

Redémarre l'ordinateur
