Windows 10 installation has failed

Hi guys .
i just downloaded an .iso copy of windows 10 . when i run setup.exe it reaches 10 % and says "something happened".
Also when i try to boot the laptop from the DVD it skips the step of ' press any key to boot from dvd or cd ... ' and continues to windows 8.1 which i'm using now ...

    Tu ne boot pas sur le DVD, changes de boot dans le bios.

      that's not the problem because when i run another dvd of windows 8.1 it boots ...
      i'm using a french version of windows 8.1 ... and the windows 10 is an english version could this be the problem ?

    Tu ne peux installer que la même version, 32 bits pour 32 et 64 pour 64, home pour famille et pro pour pro etc..

    Assures toi que ton w10 est bien le même que le 8.1..

    Le langage n'a rien à voir puisque tu peux le modifier et que crosoft le distribue dans le monde.

      i've done all that .. i'm running widows 8.1 pro and i have windows 10 pro .. 32 bits !

      bro i mounted the iso file then i burned it to a dvd ! is that the problem ?
      should i mount the iso file or not ?
