Importing a Blender file into Cinema 4D

Hello (or good evening!),

I usually animate in Cinema 4D, and I recently downloaded some dragon models to animate. The problem is, the files are in .blend format and I don’t have (and have never used) Blender.

So my question is: is it possible to import files in this format into Cinema 4D? Or do I absolutely have to convert the format in Blender? (without losing textures and rigging!)

Thank you for your help!

I think you should export your model in Collada DAE and open it by importing it into Cinema 4D; just drag the DAE file into Cinema 4D.

Thank you very much for your response, it works! (and I'm also sorry for the delay in responding, I didn't have internet)
