    la défragmentation ça te dit quelle que chose !!
    CCleaner tu utilise ou pas !

      Oui c'est vrai la défrag c'est bien mais pas avec un SSD et pas avec l'outil de windows.

          Il faudrait mettre à jour ta bécane car tu es sous vista.
          Vista n'est pas un OS réputé pour la performance.
          Tu peux passer sur Win 7 ou 8.
          Tu sentiras la différence
          Donne moi les caractéristiques de ton Pc.

        Plusieurs étapes sont à réaliser:

        Télécharges et installe diskmax,ouvre-le et choisis le mode le plus à droite.Accepte tout ce qu'il te demande.Ca va déjà bien accélérer ton pc.
        En suite, désinstalle tout logiciel antivirus/antimalware/spyware...
        Celà ne sert à rien et ça ralentit le Pc.
        Ensuite,fais démarrer/exécuter et tape msconfig si tu es sur xp
        Sinon dans la barre de recherche tape msconfig.

        Tu vas dans l'onglet services et tu cliques sur masquer tous les services microsoft.Ensuite tu décoches ce que tu veux.Tu peux fermer msconfig.
        Tu vas dans le gestionnaire des tâches et tu vas dans "démarrage" et tu supprime tout ce que tu ne veux pas qui démarre au boot de ton pc.

        N'hésite pas si le problème persite
