Video feedback on computer

Hello, I recently got a Nikon D3200 and I would like to connect it to my computer to have a feedback that I don't have on the camera. I wanted to take videos of myself, for example, and the problem is that I don't have any feedback, and I've heard about computer feedback but I have no idea how to do it. So I would like to know if anyone is knowledgeable about this, and I really don't want to pay for anything, so that's it (I have a Windows computer). But I especially want to be able to record videos with the computer feedback, and I can't seem to find that option :) Thanks in advance for your responses :)

      Well, see like on the camera screen but larger on the computer screen.

      But I mainly want to be able to record video with the computer's output, and I can't seem to find that option.
