Hello,
I find Windows 10 very slow at startup! And for good reason, it seems that the Fast Boot option on my ASUS has disappeared!
I have a UEFI motherboard but I can't find the option to enable Fast Boot.
In "Power Options" there is no checkbox for "Enable fast startup (recommended)"
In the BIOS, once I enabled Secure Boot, the Fast Boot option appears! But then, once enabled, my PC reboots to the BIOS without accessing Windows 10.
I followed a technique to remove the password at startup but Windows 10 still takes a long time to boot!
Do you have a solution? The same issue?
Thank you for your responses :)

Hello. I know it's not an answer, but W 10 is almost instantaneous with a simple HDD for me, much faster than W8.1. Regards

With fast startup, I go from the BIOS to the desktop screen without seeing any loading. But I'm on an SSD, so it's even faster.
