Hello,
Is it possible to retrieve a file or folder that has turned into a shortcut (I don't have an explanation as to how this happened..)
The items I would like to recover are located here, in recent locations:
http://hpics.li/63ed04d
I have already tried Recuva, but got no results...
I found this tutorial on YouTube:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGllf5LusG4
But I don't know the command to type for "recent locations". And I'm not very good with computers!
Thanks for your help
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 43.0.2357.134

Salut, you right-click on the shortcut properties and at the bottom there is a tab for file location, click on it and you will find your file there.

The item "xxx" that this shortcut points to has been modified or moved so that it no longer works properly.
This is the message that appears when I perform your operation. I deduce that it will be impossible to recover my files? -
you can go look in windows.old, users, sam, documents

Hello
The folder you are showing is the "recent items" folder from the old version of Windows.
It’s normal for these to be shortcuts.
As jimmym6 mentioned, right-click, properties.....
