HTTPS padlock crossed out

Hello,
I've had a problem with Google Chrome for several months; I can no longer access HTTPS sites, and I see a padlock with a red cross. However, there are no blocks on Firefox, but I definitely prefer Chrome. How can I remove this block, even site by site if necessary?

    Hello

    Look here, you have information.

    You right-click on the padlock and you can access the options, you can disable it from there and access it, but this is not recommended by Google, see the link above.
