GLS delivery: scam to avoid! Horrible!

Disastrous service! The delivery person signs for you and hands it to someone else if they got up on the wrong side of the bed.
It becomes a huge hassle later on to track down your package if the person who received it doesn't come forward. Their premium-rate number is a scam with an annoying support representative who drives you to the limit by refusing to contact the carrier and does everything to make you multiply the calls.
Apparently, judging by the numerous forums flourishing online on this topic (rude delivery person, terrible support), they have made their incompetence and contempt a specialty. They knowingly do not deliver properly = you lose your money on premium-rate calls and they couldn't care less about you. Do you have similar experiences with this company?
A consumer association should put together a file. Any information about that? A Facebook group already exists.

    Hi, I had a delivery from GLS last week, no problems at all, the two delivery drivers brought the package to my parents' house (since I was at work), my parents signed for it, and they kindly brought it into the garage because it was bulky and heavy (instead of leaving it on the doorstep). In all delivery services, there are some drivers who rush the job, but others do it well.

      Have you seen the Google reviews? Overall, it's a load of crap. Everything is designed for you to go through their premium-rate number. I invite you to take a look.

        I don't have a need for one. They came by my place again today (but no one was there to answer), I have a notice telling me where to find the package + an email from them. It's difficult for me to complain about it for the moment.
