Tablet headset issue

Hello, so here's the thing, I bought a Selecline Dual core 4GB tablet, it works well but when I plug in my headphones, there's no sound. I have to pull them out a bit, turn the plug every 2 minutes... anyway it's annoying ><
So if anyone knows a solution, I'm all ears! :)

    Hello,

    Have you tried with other earphones?
    Otherwise, I'm afraid it might be a problem with the jack socket.
    In that case, it's a return for repair.
