Bonjour,

Bonjour,

antivir et malwayre antimalware ne se mettent plus a jour de plus mon disque dur apparaît plein alors que j'ai supprimé tout les jeux et films....
Ordinateur trés lent bref tout les symptomes d'un virus...

    * Télécharge et enregistre ZHPDiag sur ton bureau :

    • Une fois téléchargé sur ton bureau, lance le


    /!\Utilisateur de Vista, Seven et W8 :
    • Clique droit sur le logo de ZHPdiag, « exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur »
    • Clique sur « Scanner »
    • Laisse travailler l'outil, même s'il semble bloqué !
    • A la fin du scan, le rapport s'affiche,


    * Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau à l'aide de l'icône représentant une disquette Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt sur :</li></ul>

    , puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

    Salut,

    Suis ce tutoriel FRST: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-farbar-recovery-scan-tool-frst/
    (et bien prendre le temps de lire afin d'appliquer correctement - tout y est expliqué).
    Télécharge et lance le scan FRST, cela va générer trois rapports FRST :
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.txt
    • Additionnal.txt


    Envoie, comme expliqué, ces trois rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com et en retour donne les trois liens pjjoint qui mènent à ses rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.

    ton pc a 1 Go de ram et infecté !

    Télécharge et enregistre Zhpcleaner sur ton bureau :

    [*] Fais un clique droit dessus, lance le en tant qu'administrateur !
    [*] Accepte le contrat de licence d'utilisation finale (CLUF),
    [*] Clique sur "Nettoyer"
    [*] Clique sur rapport (normalement le rapport s'affiche)
    [*] Enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau
    [*] Héberge son rapport de modification qui se trouve sur le Bureau :

    il me demande de faire une analyse avant de lancer le nettoyage... je fais donc une analyse et je lance le nettoyage dessuite aprés et je poste le rapport je ne suis pas arrivé a le lance directement

    redémarre le pc

    ? Télécharger et enregistre ADWcleaner sur ton bureau (de Xplode) ici :

    Note : si tu as déjà une version d'ADWC sur ton pc, pour avoir la dernière version de l'outil, il faudrait désinstaller celle-ci et le rétélécharger.

    Lance le
    Accepte le contrat de licence d'utilisation
    clique sur scanner
    Patiente jusqu'à la fin,
    Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur le rapport
    Copie et colle la totalité du rapport sur ton prochain message

    lance le, il va s'installer sur ton pc,

    /!\Utilisateur de Vista, Seven et W8 :
    • Clique droit sur le logo de ZHPfix, « exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur »


    /!\ Avertissement /!\, </li> ce script est seulement valable pour ce pc, en cours du nettoyage, à ne pas utiliser sur un autre pc, risque de plantage ! </li></ul> Lance ZHPFix via le raccourci sur ton Bureau, l'icône est sous forme de seringue.

    Clique sur « importer »

    Tu vas voir apparaitre un message d'avertissement, clique sur Ok.
    • * Copie ( Ctrl + C ) et colle ( Ctrl + V ) les lignes suivantes en gras dans la fenêtre de Zhpfix :

      plus assez d'espace sur le disque dur je suis allé voir un informaticien c'est un bug d'une mise a jour de windows ou un virus qui prend toute la place du disque dur il me préconise de formater et de passer a windows 7

    regrad ece qu'il y a sur ton dernier rapport :

    ~ System drive C: has 0 GB free of 302 GB

    donc pas assez d'espace !

    ton disque dur est plein,

    fais un peu de place en supprimant les fichiers temporaires et le dossier téléchargement !

    si tu as un disque dur ecxterne, transfète tes vidéo, photo et musique là dessus !

    s'il s'agit d'une infection, on peut la virer (je doute qu'une infection prenne autant de place)

    la solution de formatage est une option de dernier recour !

      j'ai déjà tout supprimé : tout les jeux, films, musiques il y a plus rien du tout et quand je fais clic droit sur le dossier windows propriété il me maque 225go ce qui es impossible c'est pour sa qu'il pensait un virus qu'il prend toute la place restante des que je supprime quelque chose elle est de suite comblé par (ce virus) si s'en es un je ne peux plus libérer de place j'ai défragmenté le disque aussi sa change rien du tout

    Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

    ► ferme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

    ► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
    Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

    - Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

    - il se peut que Combofix ait besoin de se connecter à internet pour trouver les mises à jour, donc il faut l'autoriser.

    /!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

    - En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
    - Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\ComboFix\ComboFix.txt)
    ► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
    ► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.
