Hi, I have a Giant 2500HD and its problem is that it can't recognize my WiFi. Every time I try to connect it, it shows failure (I go to expansion, then to WiFi, I click on my WiFi to enter my code, but it shows please wait and then failure). The problem is that sometimes it recognizes it, I don't know what to do anymore, please help me, thank you.

Well, first of all, did you make any mistakes when entering the code? Your box might be using a Wi-Fi security that your TV doesn’t support, but you can change that in the settings. Otherwise, is your TV far from your box? Because if it has an Ethernet port (there’s often "LAN" written on it), you can connect it with a cable.

Non, no, I didn't make any mistakes when entering the code, and what's strange is that sometimes my demo recognizes my Wi-Fi and sometimes it doesn't, I don't understand anything, yesterday I was watching TV normally with Wi-Fi, and today it doesn't recognize it anymore, I'm going to commit suicide :p help meeeeeeeeeee.
