Plantage PC gravure avec Nero sur Vista

Bonjour,

Voilà, j'ai un gros problème avec Vista et Nero. Lorsque je lance une gravure avec nero, j'ai droit, soit immédiatement, soit avant d'arriver à 3%, à un joli Blue Screen, et redémarrage de Ouindoze...

Matériel: Portable HP Pavilion dv9363ea, core duo 1,83Ghz, 1024MB RAM, 160 GB HD, Win Vista Premium, graveur HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-408N (allez savoir la marque avec un nom pareil!) double couche et LightScribe. Fourni d'origine: Roxio CreatorBasic 9.

J'ai essayé de désinstaller Creator et sa suite, réinstallé Nero (7 premium, of course, donc "Vista certified", le problème persiste. Evidemment, maintenant, je me retrouve sans CreatorBasic :(

Sur d'autres forums j'ai lu qu'il fallait créer, pour désactiver la gravure Windows, une valeur DWORD NoCDBurning dans HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer , mais chez moi, il y a soit \Policies, soit \Explorer, mais pas \Policies\Explorer ...

Quelqu'un aurait-il déjà rencontré ce problème, ou des idées pour une solution?

    Merci SV, au moins je connais déjà la marque ;)

    J'ai essayé d'abord avec la dernière version disponible sur le site de Nero (à savoir 7.9.6.0), en version démo, puis avec une version 7.5 ou 7.6 quelque-chose (désinstallée depuis, donc pas sûr de la version), qu'un ami utilise sur Vista et qui est stable sur sa config.

    Ajout: le service COM est bien disponible sur Xp, plus sur Vista. J'ai beau retourner mon Services dans tous les sens, rien ne parle du graveur.

    Ce qui me semble vraiment bizarre, c'est que ça marche sur toutes les configs, sauf sur la mienne. La Shcoumounne? ;)

    bien que je n'ai jamais entendu parle d'ecran bleu!!!

    le log est dans nero history et non dans nero tout court,reprends le tuto plus haut!
    (et n'oublie pas d efface ton numero de serie,qui est sur chaque log)

    Re-salut SV,

    Désolé, je n'ai pas de fichier Log, où que ce soit dans le dossier Nero7. Par contre, l'extrait de fichier que j'ai envoyé, c'est Nero.txt dans Core, et à mon avis il s'agit du descriptif des erreurs. Désolé pour la confusion :s

    Là je viens d'installer la verion 7.10, avec laquelle j'ai d'abord fait un essai de gravure de Lightscibe, qui a fonctionné (donc Nero reconnait le graveur, et est compatible avec celui-ci). J'avoue que je j'ai pas encore eu le temps de refaire un essai de gravure de données, que ce soit sur CD ou DVD, mais à mon avis, si sur la verion 7.9.6.0 ça a déjà planté, je ne vois pas pourquoi ça ne planterait pas en 7.10. Mais qui sait? L'essai sera fait demain, même si j'en ai marre de gâcher des DVD pour rien (je vais tester la simulation la prochaine fois, quitte à ce que ça plante, autant que mon DVD reste vierge!)

    Quand je parle d'écran bleu, c'est le fameux "blue screen" qui dit qu'une erreur fatale est survenue, et qui ne dure jamais assez longtemps pour qu'on ait le temps de prendre note...

      salut,nero7/core/nero history ,tu n'as pas ce fichier?

      il y a beaucoup d'erreur,mais il y en a une en particulier!

      dans nero,ouvre nero info tool(extra/obtenir des infos sur le systeme)
      regarde si les aspis sont installe,sinon tu peux les telecharger ici;

    Merci encore SV,

    Bon, tu vas dirte que je suis contrariant... Après l'historuque qui n'existe pas (fait la recherche, rien pour Nero), je n'ai pas non plus de info tool dans extra dans Nero... J'ai "Encodage des fichiers...", "enregistrer les pistes..." et "Afficher la piste...", c'est tout.

    Du coup, pas moyen de savoir quelles ASPI sont installées... Sur le lien que tu donnes, d'ailleurs, ça va jusque XP, pas un mot sur Vista, à croire que les ASPI ne sont plus utilisées sur Vista.

    Par contre, j'ai trouvé dans le Top20 des FAQ, la question 15: "Pourquoi les lecteurs CD/DVD disparaissent de l'Explorateur Windows après avoir installé Nero 7 ?", et là, un lien vers un zip contenant des outils que je considère comme étant des "réinitialisations" du graveur, et un réparateur de registre. Après redémarrage... Oh miracle!!!!!!! Je peux graver un DVD complet, yesssssss!!!!!!!!!

    Donc, merci à toi, SV, de m'avoir mis sur la voie. Je ne clôture pas la question tout de suite, le temps de voir si c'est juste un coup de chance (pas encore eu le temps d'essayer plus d'un DVD pour le moment) ou une vraie "guérison".

    Qui sait, ça peut aider d'autres personnes qui sont dans le cas?
