Problème de lecture vidéo

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème avec la vidéo lorsqu elle est lancée sur un navigateur internet ( que ce soit mozilla , google chrome ou autre).
En effet , après quelque instant de lecture, l'image se fige et l'ordi se bloque, ce qui fait que je suis obligé d'éteindre et de rallumer l'ordi.

Lorsque je lis une vidéo directement de mon ordi , sans passer par un navigateur internet , là il n'y a aucun problème.
Ca vient donc de la navigation ou peut être du lecteur vidéo du navigateur.Bref je n'en sais trop rien et je vous remercie par avance de m'éclairer afin de trouver une solution à ce problème.

    Bonsoir ,

    J'ai donc désinstallé flash player comme conseillé et le problème subsiste à savoir que la vidéo joue pendant quelques minutes et ensuite ca saute ( ecran noir avec bruit de fond ) .Je suis obligé de relancer l'ordi .

    D'autres hypothèses ?

      Ton ordinateur n'est peut-être plus assez puissant, tu as quoi comme ordinateur ?

      Ouvre le gestionnaire de tâches, va sur l'onglet "performances", ensuite lance une vidéo sur le net et observe l'utilisation du processeur et de la mémoire.

    Ca fait un moment que j ai la meme UC et au début ca ne me faisait rien .

    J ai une carte mère ASUS avec processeur AMD Athlon dual core 6000+ (3.8GHz) + 3GO de mémoire .

    Quand je ne lis pas de vidéo sur internet ca m'indique environ 15% d'UC utilisée et 1.5GO de mémoire .
    Lorsque je lance une vidéo sur le net ca m'indique a peu près la meme chose .
    Je ne pense pas que ca vienne d'ici .

      Ce qu'il serait intéressant de savoir, c'est le type de vidéo qui provoque le problème.

      Est-ce des vidéos Flash ou HTML5 ou autre ?

    Je crois que que ce sont les deux types de vidéos .
    Je sais dejà que sur youtube ca me fait systématiquement le problème .Youtuble c est du HTML non ?
    Pour le flash je n'en sais rien .

      Pour savoir le type de vidéo, lance la vidéo et fais un clic-droit dessus.

    Donc je confirme que ca me pose le problème avec les deux , que ce soit HTML5 ou adobe flash player .

    Pour gagner du temps on va faire un diagnostic de ton ordinateur, télécharge le logiciel nommé DDS (de sUBs) :

    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/dds/

    Enregistre-le sur ton bureau et lance-le, après l'analyse le programme va générer deux rapports dans le bloc-notes.

    Copie-colle les deux rapports dans ta réponse.

    Bon on va faire un peu de nettoyage, ça ne peut pas faire de mal.

    Qu'est-ce que tu en penses ?

    1ère étape : RKill

    - RKill est un petit logiciel de secours, celui-ci permet de terminer les processus malveillants en cours et restaurer des clés importantes de la base de registre pour exécuter vos programmes.

    Téléchargement >> RKill

    - RKill ne va rien supprimer, il va uniquement tuer les processus qui empêchent d'utiliser des logiciels de sécurité comme votre antivirus ou vos logiciels anti-spywares.
    - Ne touchez à rien et patientez pendant le processus.
    - Cliquez sur OK à la fenêtre finale.
    - Dès qu'il a été exécuté un rapport va s'afficher,
    - Postez le contenu de Rkill.txt qui s'est affiché à l'issue et qui se trouve sur votre bureau aussi.
    - Ne redémarrez pas l'ordinateur
    - Si RKill ne peut être utilisé, essayes RogueKiller >> téléchargement + tuto
    - Attention certains des liens ci-dessous peuvent être détectés par votre antivirus comme malveillant (c'est tout à fait normal), il faut donc désactiver celui-ci avant de les télécharger et de les utiliser.

    Note importante :
    -Si vous redémarrez votre ordinateur, RKill aura perdu son utilité et il vous faudra recommencer cette étape.

    2ème étape : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

    Téléchargement >> Malwarebytes

    Lancer l'installation, choisir sa langue et se laisser guider.

    A la fin de l'installation, décoche l'option "Activer l'essai gratuit de Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium".

    La case "Exécuter Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" reste cochée.

    Au premier démarrage de Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, une popup en bas à droite vous informe que les définitions virales ne sont pas à jour.

    - 1 Cliquez sur "mettre à jour maintenant"
    - 2 Puis cliquez sur "Examen" en haut.
    - 3 Le scan se lance et les objets détectés sont énumérés, une fois le scan terminé, la liste des menaces apparaît.
    - 4 Choisir "mettre en quarantaine" puis aller dans l'onglet "quarantaine" pour tout supprimer

    Il est possible que Malwarebytes demande de redémarrer l'ordinateur, acceptez en cliquant sur Yes.

    l'onglet "Historique" permet de retrouver les rapports afin de les poster sur le forum

    3ème étape : AdwCleaner

    Bonjour ,

    J'ai donc tout passé au peigne fin.

    -Ad aware je le fais régulièrement .Il m'a trouvé pas mal d'erreurs et m' a supprimé 1Go de fichiers inutiles .

    -R Kill n'a rien trouvé .

    -Malware bytes m' a trouvé 297 menaces que j ai toutes mises en quarantaine .

    Je vais essayer de lire une vidéo désormais pour voir si le problème a été solutionné .
    Je vous tiens au courant.

      Attention à ne pas confondre Ad-Aware et AdwCleaner, ce n'est pas du tout la même chose.

      Est-ce que tu as les rapports des analyses que tu as effectué ?

      R Kill ne m'a rien trouvé tandis que pour Malware j'ai tout supprimé et je n'ai pas gardé le rapport.
      Pour C cleaner je ne savais pas que ce n'était pas la meme chose que AD Aware .
      La lecture vidéo semble être rentrée dans l'ordre .
      Est ce nécessaire que je télécharge AD Aware et que je fasse une analyse ?

      Ok ,
      Pour l'instant tout fonctionne et tout semble rentré dans l'ordre niveau de la vidéo donc c est le principal.
      Je devais sans doute avoir un malware ou un truc du genre qui parasitait la vidéo .
      Toutes les petites combines que tu m'as conseillées ont fini par être efficace .

    Bon bin c est pas pour crier victoire mais pour l'instant j'ai vu 2 vidéos de 15 mins chacune et tout s'est bien passée ( en lecture flash player).
    Donc apparemment , le souci a disparu !
