To convert your monthly hours to weekly hours, you can use the following formula:

Weekly Hours = Monthly Hours / Number of Weeks in a Month

Since there are approximately 4.33 weeks in a month (52 weeks in a year divided by 12 months), you can calculate your weekly hours like this:

Weekly Hours = 75.84 hours / 4.33 weeks ≈ 17.54 hours

So, you would be working approximately 17.54 hours per week.

    Hello,
The number of monthly hours is calculated based on the weekly schedule using the following formula:

    Nb monthly hours = Nb weekly hours x 52 / 12

This formula comes from the fact that there are 52 weeks and 12 months in a year.

    Example

The employee works part-time with a weekly schedule of 32 effective hours.

    The number of monthly hours will be: 32 x 52 / 12 = 138.67 hours

I hope this will be clear enough!

      I missed a detail (didn't read well):
      Example for 116 monthly hours:
According to the monthly payment law, 116 monthly hours are equivalent to 26.77 hours per month.
      116*12/52 equals 26.77 hours.

        75.84/4.33 ?
4.33 because there are not exactly 4 weeks in a month
        75.84/4.33 = 17.51 Hours/weeks
