The number of monthly hours is calculated based on the weekly schedule using the following formula:
Nb monthly hours = Nb weekly hours x 52 / 12
This formula comes from the fact that there are 52 weeks and 12 months in a year.
Example
The employee works part-time with a weekly schedule of 32 effective hours.
The number of monthly hours will be: 32 x 52 / 12 = 138.67 hours

Voici le calcul : 75.84 heures mensuelles ÷ 4 semaines = environ 18.96 heures par semaine. Puisque votre contrat mentionne que ces heures sont réparties sur 3 jours, vous pouvez également diviser ce chiffre par 3 pour trouver combien d'heures vous travaillez par jour : 18.96 heures par semaine ÷ 3 jours = environ 6.32 heures par jour.
