Where is the clipboard on iPad?

When I go on Instagram, I put photos in the clipboard, the only problem is that I don't know where the clipboard is.
P.S.: I have an iPad mini 3

    When the iPad says copy to the clipboard, it means that you should go to the notes app and paste it.
