Bonjour à tous,
j'ai un petit problem. en effet cela fait trois semaines que mon ordinateur me renvoie un écran bleu comme quoi window a détecté un problem et est obliger de s'arrêter. Cependant le problem survient uniquement lorsque je suis connecté à internet via ma nouvelle clé internet. SVP que faire pour resoudre le problem?????j'ai vraiment besoin de me connecter via ma clé internet.

C'est une clé Wifi...?? Ou 3G.. ou 4G..?? quel modèle..??

Oui, manifestement, c'est toujours le même driver qui te bloque.

Voici un site qui donne quelques valeurs de paramètres dans ton cas... donc à vérifier... surtout que ta clé est nouvelle, quelle coincidence..?

  je n'ai pas vu de drivers à télécharger sur le site du constructeur. et le lien ne me donne rien a mon avis qui puisse m'aider.

  Merci pour les multiples messages laissés, j'étais hors couverture internet.
  En effet, cette clé fonctionne normalement si ce n'ai quelque écran bleu que cela affiche de temps à autre. et elle fonctionne encore plus normalement sur d'autre PC. Pour la version de window c'est le technicien des ordinateurs qui me l'avait installé (je suis pas en possession du setup) , impossible de savoir si c'est la version piratée.
  Cependant, je suis entrai d'exploré les nombreuses possibilités que vous m'avez suggérées.
