Hello,
I'm going to buy the JBL CS1204B speaker on Amazon.

    Hello,

    Several things are not going to work.
    - It's a passive speaker. So, you need an amplifier.
    - It's a subwoofer speaker, so the sound will be terrible if you only use this speaker.

    Therefore, no adapter is needed, since in any case, you cannot use it on a computer.

      Une enceinte passive est un type de haut-parleur qui n'a pas d'amplificateur intégré. Elle nécessite donc un amplificateur externe pour fonctionner. Contrairement aux enceintes actives, qui contiennent un amplificateur, les enceintes passives sont généralement plus légères et moins chères, mais nécessitent un équipement supplémentaire pour produire du son.

      And with this model of speaker, even with an amplifier, the sound will be terrible, since it's a low-frequency speaker for bass.
      So, you won't have any highs or mids.

      Additionally, it must be very mid-range when you see that they don't even specify the frequency of the driver.
