WiFi on boats

Hello
every year I go on a trip, by boat, every year with the same company.
On each of its boats, the company has a WIFI network. To access it, you have to pay €5 an hour, knowing that I stay there for about 2 days with a half-day stopover.
So I would like to know how it's possible for a boat to have wifi and also if there is a way to connect to it without paying the price (which would cost me all my saved money)?
Thank you

    Hello

In summary, you're looking for how to hack the boat's wifi?

    Hello,

For the boat to emit a wifi signal, it just needs to have a wifi access point. But wifi is not the same as the internet.

So I think the right question you wanted to ask is "How can a ship connect to the internet?".

And the answer is through a satellite internet connection.

And you can also have a satellite internet subscription: https://www.nordnet.com/connexion-internet/internet-satellite#tarifs

    ;-)

And if it's a boat on a river, you just need to use your mobile phone plan.
