Blue man on the folders

Hello,

In the folders on my PC (represented by a yellow document folder), some have a little blue character on the folder icons and others do not.
My question is the following: what does this character mean?

    Hello,
    it's certainly shared folders, users on the same network as you can access them if the folder sharing option is enabled.

      Thank you for your reply, that's what I thought too about the sharing. But what's strange is that some folders are blue and in the subfolders not all of them are. I haven't changed anything in the file sharing settings...

        Windows automatically declares shared folders by default, such as Pictures, Videos...
