Find a phone number from an address in Spain

Hello,

We booked a rental in Spain from a private individual and have not heard anything since; the phone is always on voicemail and I don’t get a call back. The same goes for emails.
How can I obtain a phone number from an address in Spain as well as a reverse directory in Spain? I tried the Spanish yellow pages in vain…

yes, 600 euros. I'm not the only one, I saw a message yesterday but I can't find it anymore.
