Brightness issue

Hello,

I have a Toshiba Satellite C50 on which I installed Windows 7 64-bit, but it originally came with Windows 8.1. The issue is that I can no longer decrease the brightness of my screen. What should I do?
PS: I have tried all possible settings (FN F2, control panel, etc.), there is no "adjust brightness" option in the control panel or the mobility center. Please help me as my eyes are hurting. Thank you.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 43.0.2357.81

    Hello. You need to update the graphics card; generally, that's where the issue comes from on 8.1. Regards
