Password issue with MYBOOKLIVE and MYCLOUD

Hello everyone,
I have 2 network drives (MyBooklive, 1T and MyCloud, 4T). I don't know how I ended up here, but when I try to access certain folders (only one per hard drive), I'm asked to identify myself and enter a password... This message comes from Windows security... I don't have this password or identification. I've tried different passwords and usernames, nothing works.
P.S. I can access all folders without a password being asked on my iPhone and my tablet. It's really Windows that's asking me for this.

try with the session passwords of your computer; if you don't have one, create a good one. Good luck ;)
Francois, have you found a solution to your problem? Because I'm experiencing exactly the same thing!! LOL it's crazy!! Nothing works!!
I just bought a WD My Cloud 3TB, everything was working fine!! Until this problem!! Impossible to copy data on the public network... ugh

The UP that your message created caught my attention and I would like to suggest a few possible avenues. If I understand the situation correctly, what the message from @FrancoisM1969 and yours describe seems really strange. First, I’m sending you the complete WD My Cloud installation guide (http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=a5wimu) and a link to the WD Learning Center (http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=fs8P4w) so that you can review the initial setup steps at your leisure and make sure everything is on point.
You mentioned that it remains "impossible to copy data to the public network"... is it because of the request to enter a password? @Pedro, if you have time to come back to this topic and provide a bit more detail that would be great :) How do you access your WD My Cloud from the PC (via the dedicated app or otherwise)?
