Hello,
I've been having this problem for several hours:
I have a black and white image1 and I want to use it to create a mask layer for another image2, but I can't do it.
If I copy image1 and paste it onto the mask layer of my image2, it creates a new layer of image1 above my image2.
What should I do?
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 38.0

Hi,
The solution:
1) Select the black and white image that serves as a mask with a selection tool and copy (ctrl + C)
2) Create and display the mask by holding Alt + Left Click on the mask. The area turns white.
3) Paste (ctrl + V)
4) Click on another layer or use the same keys to hide it.
See you later
:)
