1/ Télécharge et installe CCleaner

2/ Redémarre en mode sans échec (Pour cela : démarrer le PC en tapotant sur la touche F8 du clavier jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse puis avec les touches fléchées du clavier, sélectionner Mode sans échec puis appuyer sur la touche Entrée...)
Attention tu n'as pas accès à Internet dans ce mode donc note ou imprime les consignes qui suivent.

3/ Lance HijackThis
puis --> Do a system scan only
coche les lignes indiquées ci-dessous
puis --> Fix checked
puis oui à la question de confirmation

4/ Assure-toi que tu as accès aux fichiers cachés.
(Démarrer->Poste de travail->Outils->Options des dossiers...->Affichage
"Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés" ->coché
"Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu" ->décoché)

5/ ensuite supprime les fichiers et/ou dossiers suivants si présents :

C:\WINDOWS\System32\logon.exe

6/ Lance CCleaner puis bouton Analyse ensuite Bouton Lancer le Nettoyage

7/ Redémarre normalement et poste un nouveau rapport HijackThis.

as-tu encore des dysfonctionnements ?

bonjour marie merci pour ta reponse mais j'ai mal compris tes explications : j'ai cochés tout les fichiers de hijakcthis et maintenant je n'ai plus rien dans ma barre windows meme plus mon antivirus. je ne sais meme pas s'il marche maintenant. je l'ai retelecharger mais il n'apparait toujours pas dans la barre. sinon je n'ai pas trouvé de fichier logon.exe mais un fichier logoff.exe et un logon.scr. je ne les ai pas effacé. voici le rapport hijackthis :

sais tu comment je pourrais retrouver les icones de ma barre que j'ai effacé avec hijackthis? car maintenant, j'ai encore plus de probleme avec mon pc qu'avant!! lol

oui désolé j'étais au travail. je suis pas dispo avant 19h. que dois je faire? je sais pas je crois que je vais faire un back up et recommencer toutes les etapes de ton precedent post. puis je te copie le rapport. encore merci pour ton aide. le probleme c'est que je suis allé trop vite, j'aurais du lire le post en entier avant d'agir.

Essaie ça

Commence par mettre à jour ton windows média player.
Ensuite, dans le WMP10, menu outils/options/types de fichiers/ cocher tout.
