Wiimote on PC: Bluetooth Connection Code

What I did was activate the automatic detection mode while clicking the small red "sync" button under the battery cover. But their method should work too. Hope this helps you.

I have exactly the same problem, with the same brand. The wiimote is recognized by the Belkin software but I can't connect it.
For Bluesoleil, when I launch it, it doesn't recognize the key ("insert the adapter") and then it says "invalid operation" just like you.

I have a D-Link 122 Bluetooth key, a Wiimote, Bluesoleil 5.0.5.178 and GlovePIE030.
Here is my problem, my Bluetooth key is well installed and recognizes the Wiimote.
But when I launch Bluesoleil, it says "Can not start Bluetooth. Bluetooth hardware is not found" but I don't see what I did wrong.

By clicking on ignore, it works, but after that, as soon as I press it, it receives data, but that doesn't mean I can use it as a joystick.

The unique and the true one!! (for Windows XP SP3),

In fact, when XP asks for a pairing code for the Wii controller, you shouldn't enter a password, but press ALT+I. A new page will appear where you can complete the Wiimote-PC attachment operation.
You click "refresh" at the bottom, and when the Wiimote icon appears in the menu, you check its box and confirm.
If that doesn't work, try another combination ALT + a letter.

No Vicky, you just have to reimage and properly install your Bluetooth key with the Windows update or another official driver, because Bluesoleil is too expensive and useless just for gaming on PC, like Glovepie... if you buy Bluesoleil and use Glovepie, you'll lose all your friends, buy the program at http://www.micedition.webs.com to play, and reconfigure the script with Windows Express Edition 2010 or just the gaming options with my logs.

I'm using Windows 7 and I have a problem with my Bluetooth-Wiimote connection.
I'm using Bluesoleil, it detects the Wiimote, finds the HUD service of the Wiimote, but during the connection I have an issue where it connects the Wiimote and shortly after disconnects it.
Does anyone have a solution to my problem??

Actually, the automatic mode of the Belkin software (brand of the Bluetooth key) fails: the error message is something like "Unable to connect to the device" without any details that could help.

I don’t see why the automatic recognition fails systematically; I had tried with only the Belkin software installed (I mean without Bluesoleil), and then I did some tests with Bluesoleil afterwards.

"Invalid operation" does not explain the problem at all... in Bluesoleil.

A bug in the automatic recognition at Belkin would have been mentioned, but I haven’t seen any indications on the forums regarding this bug!!!

I saw somewhere that it was necessary to use the code "0000", but I haven't tested it.
