How to duplicate a page into 4 copies on a single page

Hello,
I would like to duplicate an A4 document in such a way that I can fit 4 copies (4 times smaller) on a single A4 page. How should I proceed to avoid losing the formatting (photos, titles, etc.) of the original? I know how to do this in JPEG, but not in DOC...
Put differently, I want to transform a poster (in DOC) into 4 small posters... Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

    you go to the File menu, Print, and select "4 pages per sheet" (instead of "1 page per sheet") from the drop-down list at the bottom of the print settings.

    Before that, you copy/paste the page 3 times before making the adjustment.
